1.2 SMS Messages: Sherni may require access to send SMS messages on your behalf. The App may use this feature to send emergency SMS messages to your pre-defined contacts in case of an emergency situation.

For a better experience, while using SOS Service, you are required to provide the app with certain personally identifiable information, including permission required to send SMS and permission to read your contact details.

    • The app requires permission for sending SMS alert to your emergency contacts by sending SMS when you are in an emergency.

    • The app requires permission to read contact details when you need to access your contact information.

The contact and SMS information that the app requests will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

    2. Use of Information:

2.1 Personal Information: We may use the personal information collected from you for the following purposes:

2.2 SMS Messages: The App will use the SMS messaging feature solely for the purpose of sending emergency messages to your pre-defined contacts in case of an emergency situation. The content of the SMS messages will be determined by you during the emergency activation process.

However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal information.

Users can access their personal information by logging into their Sherni account. We only capture users email id and  login information, Users can request that Sherni delete their personal information by contacting Sherni support at coderlamya@gmail.com or from the app itself.

       6. Children's Privacy:

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete the information.

        7. Changes to this Privacy Policy:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Privacy Policy on our page or within the App. The revised Privacy Policy will become effective upon the date of posting.

Disclaimer This application is a women app for their daily use and security. The SOS feature of this application is fully dependent upon your device or modal. You have to pay service charges to you service operator. If your sim does not have sufficient balance then this SOS feature will not work properly , and this application is under development.
